  1. Nasi Bukhori : potong2 daging, cincang bawang putih dan bombay, potong2 tomat dan paprika
  2. Sangrai bumbu yg ada d dlm kemasan nasi Bukhori,kayu manis,kapulaga,adas manis,pala parut dan cengkeh sampe harum kemudian masukkan minyak Samin lelehkan,tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampe harum dan layu
  3. Masukkan daging dan garam,tumis sampe daging berubah warna, tambahkan tomat dan paprika tumis kembali kemudian tuangi 250 ml air,tutup panci masak sampe daging empuk
  4. Masukkan beras basmati (yg sdh d rendam 30 menit) dan beras pandan wangi,aduk rata,tambahkan kismis masak sampe air habis terserap beras
  5. Masukkan beras k dlm panci rice cooker tuangi air kaldu daging dan air biasa sampe menutupi beras masak selama 30 menit
  6. Daging panggang : rebus daging dgn bumbu dasar putih,2 sdt garam dan serai geprek selama 10 - 15 menit,buang kotoran daging,tiriskan daging
  7. Goreng daging dgn 1 sdm margarine dan 1 sdm minyak sebentar aja,kemudian masukkan daging goreng k dlm panci,tambahkan merica bubuk,1 12 sdt garam dan irisan bawang bombay tutup panci kocok2 daging kemudian panaskan d atas kompor sampe keluar aroma smoky dan daging berwarna kecoklatan (jgn lupa sesekali d kocok2 daging dlm panci spy bumbu tercampur merata)
