- Buat mashed potato : panaskan margarin, tumis bawang putih sampai wangi, (kecilkan api) tambahkan kentang, garam, kaldu, lada, aduk rata, tambahkan sedikit demi sedikit susu sambil diaduk sampai kalis, cek rasa. Angkat.
- Sebelum daging diiris, tusuk2 daging dgn garpu / bagian ujung pisau secara merata pd seluruh permukaan daging & pukul2 dg pemukul daging/kl g ada bs pake ulekan. Tujuannya biar daging cpt empuk. Iris tipis daging. Marinasi daging dgn bumbunya, selama 1 jam/ lbh. Panaskan sedikit margarin pd teflon, panggang daging sampai matang. Jangan lupa dibalik. Angkat
- Buat saus : panaskan margarin sampai mencair, tumis bawang putih, masukkan terigu aduk rata, (kecilkan api) tambahkan susu aduk rata, tambahkan, saus tiram, kecap, lada bubuk & minyak wijen, aduk rata, cek rasa. Biarkan mendidih. Angkat.
- Penyajian, tata daging, sayuran & kentang pd piring saji, tuang sausnya di atas daging.
