Tuangkan susu cair kedalam tepung sedikit² sambil diaduk cepat sampai tidak terdapat tepung yang bergerindil.
  4. Masukkan jagung parut dan jagung pipil. Aduk rata. Masukkan keju parut, aduk rata. Masukkan garam, merica bubuk dan pala bubuk (masukkan garam 12 sdt dulu). Aduk rata. Masak sampai saus sedikit mengental. Cicip dan koreksi rasa. Tuangkan keatas spaghetti, ratakan.
  5. Taburkan merata keju quickmelt parut keatas saus. Taburkan bubuk oregano. Panggang kedalam OVEN YANG TELAH DIPANASKAN di suhu 180°C selama 10 menit atau sampai permukaan keju meleleh. Angkat. Biarkan 30 menit didalam loyang agar nantinya mudah utk dipotong. Sajikan.
