  3. Keluarkan daging irisan dari kulkas, cuci, lalu dimarinade. Biarkan bbrp jam agar bumbu marinade meresap (bisa ditaro dikulkas bag bawah)
  4. Panggang daging (sy pk teflon) dgn api kecil sambil dibolak balik. Kalo sdh matang siap disajikan.
  5. Empuuk banget.. biarpun daging panggangya ditaro dikulkas ga perlu diangetin lg krn masih empuk bisa dikunyah, rasanya seperti dendeng daging..
