  1. Keruk daging terong (keruk nya jgn terlalu dalam) dan pinggiran sisi terong sisakan setidak nya 0.5 cm. Daging Terong cincang kasar untuk di tumis dengan nasi.
  2. Panaskan wajan,tuang minyak kemudian tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan Tomato Paste,Cengkeh, Jintan dan bubuk Oregano, tumis sebentar.
  3. Besarkan api nya. Tumis daging, bumbui dengan kecap manis (sedikit saja dulu), garam dan merica sampai daging matang dan berwarna kecokelatan (bukan gosong lho yaa..). Kecilkan api, masukkan parsley dan daun mint, oseng lagi sebentar. Angkat.
  4. Panaskan wajan datar diameter besar, tuang minyak sedikit saja/seperlu nya kemudian proses goreng Terong. Bagian bawah Terong, di papas sedikit saja agar waktu penyajian bisa stabil.
  5. Api jangan terlalu besar, goreng sisi bawah terong kecokelatan. Waktu proses penggorengan, wajan di tutup agar terong cepat lunak tapi jangan terlalu lunak ya..
  6. Isi terong dengan adonan daging.
  7. Campurkan menjadi satu topping Keju nya dalam wadah. Bila sudah rata, bagi topping ke masing2 Terong isi Daging.
  8. Panaskan oven ke suhu 180 derajat celcius, panggang kira2 20-25 menit sampai topping berwarna kecokelatan.
  9. Untuk campuran Daging Terong dan Nasi putih, free style ajah.. tambahin bawang merah, putih, kecap manis, garam, dll. Kalo yang ini cuma fantasi ku karena sayang kalo daging terong di buang (daging aku tumis dulu dan dibumbui, warna akan berubah cokelat) :)
