Lihat settingan oven. Saya menggunakan cosmos co 958 dimana ada 3 setting titik panas. Panas tertumpu di atas, di bawah, atau di atas dan bawah. Untuk 20 menit pertama pastikan setting panas fokus berada di bawah, sehingga bagian dalam akan matang. 10 menit sisanya kita rubah setting panas atas dan bawah.
