Instructions to make Sate Ayam Bumbu Kacang:
  1. Bagian dada ayam di fillet lalu potong dadu. Marinasi dengan jeruk nipis dan garam. Simpan di kulkas sambil kita membuat bumbu kacangnya.
  2. Membuat bumbu kacang : - Goreng kacang tanah sampai setengah matang masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabe, goreng sampai matang dengan api sedang saja agar tidak gosong. Angkat. Setelah dingin blender sampai halus atau sesuai selera utk tingkat kehalusannya.
  3. Tumis bumbu kacang dengan menambahkan secara bertahap air sekitar 500- 600 ml air dgn api sedang agak kecil. Setelah mendidih dan nampak keluar minyaknya, tambahkan 14 sdt lada bubuk, 34 sdt garam, 2 sdm gula pasir/gula merah, kaldu bubuk secukupnya. Aduk sampai matang dan tanak. Koreksi rasa. Angkat dan sisihkan.
  4. Keluarkan daging ayam yg dimarinasi, tusuk ke tusuk sate.
  5. Membuat olesan sate : - Untuk olesan pertama, campur minyak sayur, kecap dan lada bubuk.
  6. Panggang sate tanpa diolesi bumbu olesan terlebih dahulu sampai agak putih warnanya. Angkat dan olesi dengan bahan olesan pertama lalu panggang lagi. (Bebas ya mau manggang pake teflon, grill pan, dll.. Bisaaa ☺)
  7. Setelah warnanya agak coklat, angkat. Sisa bahan olesan pertama ditambah 1-2 sdm bumbu kacang, campur, lalu olesi kembali ke sate dan panggang lagi sampai warnanya coklat (lebih mengkilap). Angkat.
  8. Penyajian: - Ambil beberapa sendok bumbu kacang, tambahkan kecap sesuai selera dan jeruk nipis/ limau (jika mau), aduk dan taburkan ke sate. - Pelengkap bisa ditambah irisan bawang merah + cabe rawit serta taburan bawang goreng.
