Instructions to make Sate Ayam Madura:
  1. Goreng kacang tanah + kemiri sampai matang dan kuning kecoklatan. Kemudian haluskan kacang tanah. Sisihkan. - Goreng setengah matang bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe merah keriting. Sisihkan.
  2. Kemudian haluskan bumbu spt bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe keriting, kemiri. Setelah itu tumis bumbu halus tambahkan daun jeruk + jahe + laos + sereh sampai matang dan wangi. Kemudian masukan kacang tanah yg sdh dihaluskan. Aduk rata. Sisihkan. - Siapkan Air 500 ml mendidih dlm wajan masukkan bumbu kacang tadi tambahkan garam, gula merah, kecap manis. Aduk sampai air menyusut dan bumbu kacang keluar minyaknya dan meletup". Tes rasa.
  3. Potong Daging Ayam kotak" & potong kulit ayam. Siapkan tusuk sate kemudian tusuk daging selang seling dgn kulit ayam. Sisihkan.
  4. Siapkan bumbu perendam seperti bawang putih halus, lada bubuk, kecap manis, cuka/jeruk nipis, mentega. Aduk rata. Masukkan sate ayam td. Bolak balik sampai bumbu merata.
  5. Bakar sate di pan bakar. Setelah setengah matang. Beri sedikit bumbu kacang + kecap. Aduk bolak balik sampai rata. Bakar lagi sampai matang.
  6. Sajikan Sate Madura dengan lontong/ketupat rice cooker, bumbu kacang, bawang merah goreng dan sambal. - (lihat resep)
