  2. Panaskan minyak, goreng kacang hingga kecoklatan. Biarkan hingga dingin, jika sudah dingin, blender kacang dengan air secukupnya.

  4. Setelah itu masukkan kacang yang sudah diblender kedalam tumisan bawang, lalu juga masukkan gula merah. Kemudian masak kuah kacang hingga mengental, dan tambahkan ladaku, dan juga kecap sedangkan kecap masukkan 190ml saja. Aduk hingga rata, koreksi rasa.
  5. Bersihkan ayam, dan potong dadu. Masukkan kedalam wadah, beri perasan jeruk nipis dan garam. Kemudian boleh langsung ditusuk dgn tusukan sate.
  6. Setelah itu, ambil sedikit kuah kacang, tambahkan sisa kecap tadi, aduk lalu lumuri satenya. Kemudian boleh langsung dipanggang atau disimpan dikulkas dlu. (Kalo saya sih simpan dikulkas dulu, karna pengennya panggang Pas malem ๐Ÿ˜†)
  7. Rebus cabe rawit, lalu biarkan dingin, kemudian blender hingga halus. Setelah itu iris" Timun, tomat dan bawang merah.
  8. Setelah semua sudah siap, lalu panggang satenya hingga matang.
  9. Setelah matang, tata di piring dan siap disantap. Klo yani mah pake lontong, tapi lontong nya dibeli aja.
