  2. Blender bahan bumbu sampai halus.
  3. Panaskan minyak secukupnya, masukkan bumbu yg sudah dihaluskan, tumis sampai harum lalu masukkan bumbu cemplung, aduk rata dan tambahkan 300 ml air. Masak sampai matang.
  4. Masukkan ayam, sambil dibolak balik dan dilumuri bumbu. Tunggu sampai ayam berubah warna. Angkat dan tiriskan dr bumbu. Panaskan wajan panggangan, oles dengan sedikit minyak, lalu bakar sate satu persatu sampai matang merata.
  5. Kuah : Panaskan bumbu ayam tadi, tambahkan 200 ml air, masak hingga mendidih. Larutkan tepung beras dengan sedikit air, tuang dalam kuah, masak sampai meletup². Koreksi rasa. Kuah akan semakin mengental bila sudah dingin, jd jangan terlalu kental masaknya ya..
  6. Penyajian : Tata ketupat/lontong diatas piring saji, beri sate dan kuah lalu taburi bawang goreng. Bisa ditambahkan kerupuk kulit atau kripik singkong.
