Steps to make Sate Ayam:
  1. Potong dadu atau sesuai selera Daging Ayam,Kemudian cuci dan Tiriskan.
  2. Halus kan Semua bumbu halus,sisihkan.
  3. Kemudian Campur Daging ayam yang sudah dipotong dengan Bumbu Halus,Kecap manis,Garam dan Minyak.
  4. Aduk hingga semua tercampur rata,Lalu diam kan atau rendam selama 15 menit s/d 30 menit.
  5. Setelah di diamkan atau di rendam,Kemudian ambil Tusuk sate dan tusuk daging ayam sesuai selera banyak nya.
  6. Kemudian Bakar di teplon hingga matang.
  7. Untuk bumbu Saos Kacang : - Campur semua bahan di Panci,kemudian sangrai hingga matang. - - Lalu Giling atau Blender hingga halus. - - Kemudian masukkan dipanci,tambahkan Garam dan Gula jawa. - Masak hingga air sedikit mengering atau mengental. - - Saos kacang siap digunakan.
  8. Cara penyajian : - Siapkan piring,beri saos kacang sesuai selera,lalu tambahkan sambel pedas jika suka,perasan air jeruk dan kecap manis sesuai selera. - Aduk rata,kemudian Tambahkan Lontong,Sate Ayam dan Acar Timun. - Tabur bawang goreng diatasnya. - - Sate Ayam siap disajikan
