  1. Cuci bersih ayam, kucuri jeruk nipis, biarkan sesaat kemudian cuci bersih. Potong2 fillet ayam sesuai selera uk nya, kemudian tusuk ke tusukan sate, sisihkan.
  2. Bumbu halus dihaluskan, kemudian tumis sampai harum, masukan sereh, daun salam, daun jeruk, kapolaga, lawang, cengkeh dan kayumanis, masak sampai matang (keluar minyak). Kemudian tambahkan air.
  3. Masukan garam, gula jawa, lada, aduk rata koreksi rasa, kemudian masukan sate ayam, masak sate ayam nya setengah matang, angkat tiriskan.
  4. Kemudian kuah nya di saring, kemudian masak kembali tambahkab air sedikit (sesuai selera).
  5. Ambil sebagian air kuah masukan ke dlm mangkok tepung beras aduk2 sampai tepungnya licin (menyatu) kemudian masukan ke dlm kuah masak kembali, aduk2 terus (tingkat kekentalan nya disesuaikan selera). Tipsnya saat memasukan larutan tepung beras ke kuah dlm keadaan hangat blm sampai mendidih, supaya saat dingin kuah nya tdk berair.
  6. Sate yg sdh di tiriskan kemudian di bakar dlm arang atau di teflon.
  7. Sajikan sate ayam padang nya dg ketupat dan taburi bawang goreng (kelupaan, keburu laper 😍). Selamat mencoba yah
