  3. Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi, masukkan kacang yang sudah di blender halus, garam secukup rasa masukkan air 500ml, tunggu hingga mendidih dan mengeluarkan minyak.
  4. Bakar sate ayam dengan bumbu kacang dan beri sedikit kecap manis. Bakar dengan minyak bawang putih sedikit. Jangan beri banyak minyak supaya daging ayam tidak keras. Dan bakar sampai matang saja, jangan terlalu lama.
  5. Sajikan sate dengan kuah kacang, dan perasan jeruk nipis, serta beri sedikit kecap manis, dan taburkan bawang merah diatasnya. Bisa tambahkan sambal jika ingin pedas.
