  1. Marinasi ayam ; cuci bersih dan potong ayam sesuai selera (me ; dadu) lalu beri garam dan perasan jeruk nipis, campur rata, biarkan selama 15 menit.sisihkan
  2. Saus kacang : goreng kacang (resep asli di sangrai) setelah kering, angkat dan tiriskan, setelah dingin blender/uleq ditambahkan gula merah, sisihkan
  3. Tumis bumbu dasar putih, masukkan daun jeruk, aduk setelah harum masukkan air. Campur rata.
  4. Setelah mendidih masukkan kacang tanah yang sudah di blender, aduk rata kemudian masukkan kecap manis, aduk rata sampai saus kacang mengental, lalu angkat dan sisihkan
  5. Tusuk2 daging ayam, lalu siapkan bahan olesan sate, masukkan 3 sdm saus kacang, 1 sdm kecap manis dan 1 sdm air, campur rata. - Lalu olesa sate dengan bahan olesan dan biarkan selama 30 menit- 1 jam biar bumbu meresap
  6. Siapkan teflon, susun sate yang sudah di oles dengan bahan olesan, panggang dengan api kecil, bolak balik sampai kedua sisi nya matang sempurna.
  7. Sate ayam madura siap di sajikan. Sajikan dengan potongan cabe dan bawang merah.
