Instructions to make Ikan Bakar (bawal):
  1. Haluskan semua bumbu, Cuci bersih ikan dan buat beberapa irisan di perut ikan agar bumbu dapat menyerap, lumuri jeruk nipis diamkan 10 menit lalu bilas.
  2. Lumuri ikan dengan bumbu halus diamkan selama min 1 jam di dalam fridge (lemari pendingin) kalau saya semalaman. Olesi ikan dengan minyak goreng sedikit demi sedikit Sambil panggang ikan dengan oven di suhu 200 derajat api atas bawah selama 15 menit dan dibalik ke sisi lain.
  3. Olesi kecap manis sedikit demi sedikit Kemudian bakar lagi dengan api atas dengan suhu 180 derajat selama 10-15 menit dan jangan lupa di bolak balik ya ikannya sekali saja. atau sampai kecapnya menjadi karamel, kalau saya gak sampai hangus sekali.
  4. Kalau pakai teflon caranya sama ya cuma kecap nya di oles saat ikan sudah setengah matang supaya tidak gosong, dan bakar dengan api kecil- sedang. Sajikan
