  1. Cuci bersih ayamnya, lumuri dg garam. Diamkan 30 menit. - Lalu cuci bersih kembali, potong² sesuai selera. Bisa memanjang atau dadu, besar atau kecil. - Setelah itu, marinate dg bawang putih dan kecap. Diamkan minimal 2 jam. Semalaman lebih baik. Tp ak ini lebih dr 24 jam. Marinate kemarin siang, sore ini baru diolah hehe. - Tusuk ayamnya. Klau ak dibuat 4 potong pertusuknya, hasilnya 36 buah. Sesuai selera aja ya
  2. Sembari itu, buat bumbu kacangnya: - Goreng duo bawang, cabe dan kemirinya. - Lalu blender dg kacang tanahnya jg. Boleh ditambah air ya sekiranya seret ktika diblender. Selesai. - Panaskan kurleb 50ml minyak, tumis blenderan kacang td. Aduk rata. - Tambahkan air bilasan blender. Bumbui dg kecap, gula merah, garam, dll. Aduk rata, koreksi rasa.Masak smp kekentalan yg diinginkan. - Klau ak dimasak smp kental berminyak, spya ngga cepet basi. - Selesai.
  3. Panaskan teflon. Ambil bbrp sendok bumbu kacang, tambahkan kecap dan sdikit minyak goreng. Balut sate dg bumbu trsebut.
  4. Panggang smp setengah matang smbil dibolak-balik. - Stlah itu, balut kembali dg racikan bumbu di poin 3. Jd 2 kali balut bumbu. - Panggang smp matang dan berubah warna ala sate yg dibakar dg arang, ada gosong²nya hehe - Angkat. Sisihkan - Lakukan dan ulangi smp semua sate matang.
  5. Sajikan dg bahan pelengkap, nasi ataupun lontong. Yeay! Nyamiiii
