  24. Take 10 sdm Tepung beras, larutkan dengan air (me: 8sdm peres)
  25. Make ready 2 batang Daun Bawang

Instructions to make Sate Padang (Ayam):
  1. Siapkan semua bahan.
  2. Cuci bersih dada ayam fillet kemudian potong dadu. Sisihkan. Iris - iris daun bawang, sisihkan.
  3. Ulek/blender bumbu halus lalu tumis sampai harum, masukkan sereh yg sudah digeprek & disimpul.
  4. Masukkan juga daun salam, daun jeruk, daun kunyit serta rempah rempah (cengkeh, kayumanis, kapulaga, bunga lawang/pekak). Selanjutnya masukkan ayam yang sudah dipotong dadu. Aduk rata, biarkan sebentar sampai bumbuagak meresap.
  5. Tambahkan air sampai potongan ayam terendam semua. Lalu ungkep/masak selama 15 menitan sambil masukkan gula pasir, garam, penyedap rasa/kaldu bubuk, lada bubuk.
  6. Setelah 15 menitan, angkat ayam dan daun/rempah rempah - rempah dengan sendok saringan. Sisihkan air kaldu untuk membuat kuah sate nanti.
  7. Tusuk ayam ke tusukan sate. Panggang diteflon, siram dengan sedikit minyak goreng dan kecap manis. Saya buat dua bumbu. Yang tidak pedas dan pedas.
  8. Cara membuat kuah sate : Panaskan air kaldu dengan api sedang sampai mendidih. Lalu kecilkan api, tuang tepung beras yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air. Aduk aduk terus sampai benar benar matang (tidak bergumpal dan tidak terasa lagi rasa tepung beras). Kekentalan kuah disesuaikan dengan selera. Tambahkan sedikit air jika tidak suka kental. Tes rasa sampai bumbu dirasa sudah pas. Selanjutnya masukkan irisan daun bawang. Masak sampai sekitar 30 menit agar tidak cepat basi(menurut pemilik resep ini)
  9. Setelah matang, Sajikan bersama lontong dan kuah. - (lihat resep)
  10. Sajikan juga dengan taburan bawang goreng dan kerupuk (me: skip)..
