  6. Campurkan kacang, bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, cabe, lada bubuk, garam, gula merah santan, dan sedikit air blender sampai halus (lebih enak setengah halus biar ada tekstur kacangnya)
  7. Pindahkan dalam wajan tambahkan sisa air dan kecap aduk rata masak sampai mendidih dan mengental. Koreksi rasa matikan api
  8. Sajikan sate bersama sambal kacang dan Acar yumm… segeeer enaaaak
  9. Membuat Acar; campurkan potongan wortel, timun dan bawang merah iris tambahkan air, gula pasir, garam dan cuka aduk rata koreksi rasa. Diamkan dikulkas sampai meresap +- 8 jam siap digunakan
