  1. Cuci bersih ayam yang sudah dipotong dadu, beri perasan jeruk nipis, cuci kembali, dan kemudian tiriskan

  3. Gorenglah kacang hingga berubah warna menjadi sedikit kecoklatan. Lalu tiriskan

  5. Panaskan minyak, kemudian tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, masukkan daun jeruk, tambahkan santan, dan tambahkan air asam jawa, serta tambahkan garam
  6. Masaklah bumbu dengan menggunakan api sedang,sampai bumbu kacang mengeluarkan minyak. Koreksi rasa, jika sudah sesuai maka bumbu siap disajikan
  7. Siapkan arang dan panggangan
  8. Ambil 2 sendok makan bumbu kacang kemudian campurkan dengan kecap manis
  9. Kemudian ambil beberapa tusuk sate ayam, kemudian balurkan dengan bumbu yang sudah dicampurkan dengan kecap manis sebelumnya
  10. Panggang hingga sate matang
