Instructions to make Sate Ayam Madura:
  1. Cuci bersih ayam lalu lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis diamkan 10menit lalu bilas kembali hingga bersih dan potong2 dadu.
  2. Siapkan bumbu marinasi dan campurkan ayam ke bumbu marinasi aduk rata. Dan diamkan kurleb 1jam dikulkas bawah agar bumbu lebih meresap ke ayam.
  3. Bumbu Kacang: haluskan cabe,bawmer,bawputih dan ketumbar. lalu tumis bumbu halus bersama daun jeruk hingga wangi dan tanak, masukkan kacang tanah yang telah diblender lalu tambahkan air sesuai selera kekentalannya, tambahkan bawgor dan seasoning (gula garam kecap manis dan air larutan asam jawa) aduk rata masak hingga matang dan keluar minyaknya. Koreksi rasa sesuai selera.
  4. Keluarkan ayam dr kulkas dan tusuk dengan tusukan sate. Beri 2sdm bumbu kacang dan 3sdm kecap manis aduk2 rata dan panggang sate diatas teflon/dibara api lebih baik lagi. Panggang bolak balik hingga matang sambil dioleskan bumbu agar lebih berasa.
  5. Setelah sate matang angkat dan sajikan bersama lontong, timun, tomat dan taburi dengan bawang goreng. Yummm… - Selamat mencoba
