Instructions to make Sate Ayam:
  1. Siapkan ayam filet, cuci bersih dan potong kotak2
  2. Tusuk bbrp potongan daging ayam dlm 1 tusuk sate, lakukan sampe habis
  3. Setelah buat bumbu marinasj, secukupnya kecap manis dan sedikit jeruk nipis, aduk rata, gulingkan sate ke dlm bumbu marinasi, diamkan sekitar 30mnt - 1 jam
  4. ✅bumbu Kacang: goreng kacang sampai kecoklatan, angkat, tiriskan dan blender hingga halus
  5. Tumis bawang putih dan kemiri sampai harum, masukkan kacang yg sdh diblender, aduk rata, tambahkan secukupnya air, gula merah, garam, kaldu bubuk, aduk rata
  6. Masak bumbu kacang sampai matang, koreksi rasa, angkat, sisihkan
  7. Setelah 1 jam direndam di bumbu marinasi, siapkan dan panaskan teflon untuk memanggang, setelah panas, letakkan sate panggang sampe setengah matang
  8. Ambil secukupnya bumbu kacang(yg sdh matang) tambahkan kecap manis, aduk rata (adonan encer saja jgn terlalu kental), masukkan sate yg setengah matang ke dlm bumbu kacang, gulingkan sampe rata dgn bumbu, angkat dan panggang kembali hingga matang
  9. Setelah matang sajikan bersama bumbu kacang dan kl suka dgn irisan bawang merah
