  4. Blender kacang tanah menjadi halus tanpa tekstur dan lalu blender bumbu yang bawang cabe udah di goreng
  5. Didihkan airagak banyak 2 balok gula dan tambah kan bumbu bawang cabe dan teman 2 nya jika air sudah mendidih tanpa kacang tanah, setelan air bumbu mendidih baru tambahkan kacang tanah
  6. Aduk terus sampai keluar minyak,, jika kacang tanah dengan kualitas bagus maka tidak perlu tambaha minyak goreng setelh air nya kering akan keluar minyak sendiri
  7. Lontong nya di arom dlu berasnya sampe airnya surut, masukkan ke daun di gulung2 dan padatkan sampai tidak ada rongga tusuk daun untuk nutup baru rebus 2 jam dengan api besar
  8. Untuk olesan sate pkai bumbu sisa marinasi tadi ya temanteman
  9. Karena udah di kukus jadi sebentar aja mateng ny
  10. Siapkan piring baru plating pke lontong bumbu kacang sate dan irinsan bawang merah,cabe dan bawang goreng
