  2. Tambahkan bumbu marinasi, aduk sampai rata. Diamkan/masukkan ke kulkas selama 1 jam
  3. Keluarkan kulit ayam dari kulkas. Panaskan wajan, masukkan kulit, daun salam, lengkuas, air, gula merah, air asam Jawa. Aduk-aduk dan tutup wajan sambil sesekali dibolak balik
  4. Setelah mendidih masukkan kecap manis, garam dan gula pasir. Tutup lagi sambil sesekali diaduk hingga air agak menyusut dan warna kulit menjadi lebih gelap. Setelah air menyusut, matikan api.
  5. Angkat kulit ayam. Tiriskan. Lalu masukkan ke tusuk sate. Jika kulitnya agak panjang/lebar, lipat secara spiral lalu tusukkan ke tusuk sate. Banyaknya sesuai selera.
  6. Sate bacem kulit ayam sudah bisa langsung dinikmati. Tp aku panggang sebentar supaya agak kering.
