  1. Potong2 ayam seperti dadu sesuai ukuran besar yg dinginkan. Kucuri perasan jeruk nipis, biarkan sekitar 10 menit lalu taburi lada halus kemudian ratakan smbil sedikit diremas-remas
  2. Uleg bumbu halus bawang putih, garam dan ketumbar. Kalau mau lebih mantap lagi bisa ditambah 14 sdt kaldu bubuk, garamnya kurangi dikit. Ratakan pada ayam sambil diremas2. Biarkan sekitar 30 menit di kulkas agar meresap
  3. Tusuki ke dalam tusuk sate, lalu lumuri dengan margarin. Panggang di atas teflon yg sudah panas sambil dibolak balik hingga matang. Sebelumnya panggangan olesi margarin dulu dan saat dibalik lagi, lumuri lagi dengan margarin sesekali. Panggang hingga matng
  4. Untuk sambel : rebus bahan-bahan sambal. Uleg dengan tambahan garam, gula merah, tes rasa. Ebi bs diganti terasi juga sesuai selera.
  5. Panaskan ulekan sambal di atas teflon dengan sedikit minyak. Setelah matang, dan pas rasanya sesuai selera, matikan api dan kucuri jeruk limau.. Hmm… Menggodah..😍
