  1. Potong2 daging bentuk cubes / sesuai selera, lalu lumuri dengan nanas. Diamkan 20menit
  2. Campur dan haluskan bumbu marinasi. - Kemudian bersihkan daging dari nanas, lalu lumuri dengan bumbu marinasi, diamkan kembali 30 menit - - *Jika memakai daun pepaya, bisa dipakai pd proses ini. (Bungkus daging yg dimarinasi dg daun pepaya) - - Setelah 30 menit tusuki daging dengan tusuk sate. (Terserah yaa mau diisi brp per tusuknya)
  3. Panasi panggangan, olesi dengan margarin. - Panggang sate (bolak balik) bumbu marinasi bisa dioles2kan kesate, hingga matang, angkat & sisihkan.
  4. Dalam wadah, campur jadi satu bahan sambel kecap. - Hidangkan sate dengan sambal kecap, atau bisa lumuri sate dengan sambel kecap šŸ˜‹ - Siap dihidangkan.
