  1. Blender dg sedikit air bumbu untuk marinasi: bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe, lengkuas, ketumbas, kemiri. - Tumis bumbu hingga keluar minyaknya. Sisihkan di satu tempat wadah. Tambahkan kecap,garam, gula. Aduk. Sambil cek rasa.
  2. Iris daging sapi (tanpa dicuci) jangan terlalu tebal biar cpt mateng nantinya. taruh di wadah yg sudah ada bumbu marinasinya. Aduk jd satu. Tambahkan minyak kelapa. Bungkus dengan daun pepaya (utk hilangkan bau dan bikin daging empuk). Marinasi selama 60 menit.
  3. Sambil menunggu waktu, kita siapkan bahan sambel kecap: gunting cabe rawit, iris bawang merah dan tomat. Taruh di wadah jadi satu. Simpan di kulkas. Kalau sate sudah matang baru tambahkan kecap.
  4. 1 jam berlalu, Bahan sate yg sudah dimarinasi, di tusuk. Trs dibakar. Ini di foto kelihatannya aja gosong, sbenernya engga gosong. Pas. Klo digigit tingkat kematangannya kyak steik lho. Sajikan pas lagi hangat2nya. ngicipin satenya aja udh Nikmat banget. Apalagi klo di coel ke sambel kecapnya. Hmm…
