Instructions to make Sate Sapi (Bumbu Kecap):
  1. Siapkan bahan. - Campurkan daging dgn bumbu halus, aduk rata dan marinasi/rendam selama min 30 mnt (sy : semaleman) - ⚪Bumbu celup : - Panaskan panci, tuang air, tambahkan gula merah/Jawa, sejumput garam, aduk rata, tunggu mendidih, matikan kompor, sisihkan, biarkan dingin, tuang di gelas besar (sy pake gelas ukur)
  2. Ambil daging kmdn tusuk dgn tusukan sate. - Beberapa saya buat selang seling daging sapi dgn paprika dan bawang Bombay, optional saja. - Lakukan hingga selesai.
  3. Bakar sate, sesekali celup ke bumbu celup. - Masak hingga sate matang. - Lakukan hingga habis.
  4. Sambal kecap : - Siapkan wadah, campur semua bahan kecuali air, aduk rata, tambahkan air matang secukupnya, sesuai selera, mau sambalnya kental atau encer. - Koreksi rasa.
  5. Tata di piring, sate siap disajikan dgn sambal dan pelengkapnya. - Sambal bisa disiram diatas sate atau cukup dijadikan cocolan sate, sesuaikan selera.

Note : - 🔼Untuk bumbu celup bisa di skip, optional saja, bisa diganti dgn sisa bumbu marinasi + kecap manis encer utk bumbu olesan satenya. - Tp akan lebih enak dan legit dgn bumbu celup, itu selera saya ya 😂 - 🔼Tips spy daging sapi cepat empuk : - - siapkan daging, beri taburan tepung kanji / tapioka secukupnya (utk 500 gr daging saya pake 1 sdm tp kanji) - - remas2 hingga rata dan diamkan 10 - 15 mnt, cuci bersih kembali dan daging siap di olah seperti biasa. - - Selamat mencoba 🙏
