  1. Siapkan bahan daging dan dipotong kotak"
  2. Blender buah nanas yg dikasih air sedikit
  3. Campurkan nanas yang sudah diblender dengan potongan daging dan diaduk" sebentar sambil dipijat halus
  4. Setelah itu diamkan sebentar didalam kulkas selama 30 menit untuk daging supaya lembut
  5. Haluskan semua bumbu marinasi yg dikasih air sedikit kecuali kecap manis
  6. Setelah bumbu sdh halus campurkan bumbu halus ke dalam rendaman daging dgn nanas tadi setelah 30 menit di dalam kulkas, setelah itu diaduk" biar tercampur rata dan ditambahkan kecap manis dan setelah itu masukan kembali ke dalam kulkas selama 30 menit kembali biar bumbu menyerap dgn daging.
  7. Siapkan bumbu oles margarin yg dicampur dengan minyak olive oil
  8. Setelah 30 menit didalam kulkas kembali, keluarkan daging dan tusuk 3 - 4 potongan daging ke dlm tusuk sate, lakukan hingga potongan daging habis
  9. Sebelum sate dipanggang jangan lupa dioleskan dl dengan bumbu oles nya
  10. Panggang sate tidak usah terlalu lama atau terlalu kering sehingga dagingnya nanti tidak keras
