  1. Rebus daging sampai empuk. (aku gak hitung berapa menitnya soalnya aku ngerebus banyak dan pke presto) lalu potong dadu.
  2. Haluskan bumbu, bisa di uleg/blender ya. Terus tumis bumbu (note: karena aku blender, jadi wajan gak lgsg di kasih minyak. aku biarin dulu air di bumbu sedikit menyusut terus baru aku tuangin minyak)
  3. Jika bumbu sudah harum, masukan semua bahan bumbu tambahan, koreksi rasa. Lalu masukan daging. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  4. Jika di rasa kurang set bisa di tambahin air biar bumbu dan daging tercampur rata. Setelah itu tunggu dingin tusuk dg tusukan sate.
  5. Panggang di atas teflon, tp klo gak suka panggang. Di step 4 sudah bisa langsung dinikmati koq..😍 sisa bumbu yg di atas jgn lgsg di buaang ya, nanti setelah di panggang di tambah bumbu lagi makin mantep..😍😋
