Instructions to make Sate Maranggi Daging Sapi:
  1. Cuci daging sapi. Potong dadu, tiriskan. Jika bunda pake daun pepaya, stlh daging ditiriskan, lalu dibungkus dg daun pepaya yg sdh diremas. Istirahatkan sktr 30 menit. Jika tdk pake daun pepaya, stlh daging ditiriskan, segera d bumbui.
  2. Campur daging sapi beserta semua bumbu. Aduk hingga rata. Lalu tusukkan pd tusuk sate. Istirahatkan 30-60 menit.
  3. Siapkan alat pembakaran sate ato boleh pake grill. Panggang sate dibilak balik hingga daging matang merata.
  4. Siapkan sambal kecap. Goreng bamer & baput hingga 34 matang. Ulek baput dg sebagian cabe rawit. Campurkan dlm mangkuk semua bhn sambal kecap. Aduk rata.
  5. Sajikan sate dg sambal kecap.
  6. Alhamdulillaah.
