  1. Potong-potong daging sapi sekitar 1,5 cm (kalau terlalu kecil nanti kering saat dibakar), cuci bersih
  2. Dalam wadah, tutupi daging dengan pepaya lalu remas2.
  3. Haluskan bumbu marinasi, tambahkan air asam dan kecap manis. Remas-remas pada daging yang sedang diempukkan
  4. Diamkan daging beberapa saat (saya sekitar 20 menit saja sudah sangat empuk)
  5. Sambil menyiapkan bara, tusukkan daging pada tusuk sate
  6. Siapkan sambal: ulek halus bawang merah, bawang outih, garam, gula, cabai
  7. Potong2 tomat melingkar. Geprek atau ulek kasar di atas bumbu sambal lain yang telah dihaluskan
  8. Bakar sate di atas bara sambil dibolak-balik. Nikmat disajikan bersama sambal segar dan kecap manis ❤️
