Steps to make Sate goreng sapi:
  1. Siapkan bahan2,cuci bersih daging haluskan bumbu dan iris bumbu
  2. Marinasi daging dgn bumbu halus dan air asam diamkan dulu sekitar 10-15 menit lalu panaskan mentega tumis bawang merah dan putih iris hingga harum
  3. Lalu masukan daging yg sdh d marinasi dgn bumbu halus aduk2 lalu masukan daun jeruk dan cabe rawit iris (sy cabe tdk d masukan k masakan krn ada anak2 takut pedes jd d pisah) baru masukan air secukupnya tunggu hingga sekitar 15-20 menit daging sdh setengah matang (masak dgn api sedang) baru masukan kecap,garam penyedap cek rasa
  4. Jika air sdh mulai menyusut masukan tomat aduk trs agar tdk gosong sampai bumbu mengering dan daging empuk lalu angkat sajikan,bisa tambahkan perasan jeruk nipis saat akan d santap ga pake juga gak apa😁
  5. NB : Jika daging blm empuk bisa d tambahkan air…utk takaran kecap jika suka manis sekali bs d tambah
