  1. Cuci bersih daging yang sudah dipotong dadu, rendam dan campur aduk dengan nanas yang sudah di iris2, saya 1 jam. Tips supaya empuk merata : sebaiknya daging yg di campur dg nanas dimasukkan bersamaan, supaya empuknya bareng.

Saya suka kecap agak banyak ya moms, kira2 ada lah kalo 12 gelas belimbing. Koreksi rasa yaa.. Kalau kevap kurang boleh ditambahkan lagi. Masak sampai bumbu mengental. Panggang menggunakan happycall, dan dioles2 pakai bumbu oles, tutup supaya matang dalamnya. bolak balik sampai agak gosong. *saya lebih suka pakai happycall krn tekstur dagingnya masih terasa empuk dan juicy, bumbunya agak basah.. Krn saya coba bakar pakai grill pan yg ada apinya jadinya kering dan keras. Tapi ini semua seleraa yaaa mommies.
  8. Lalu sajikan sate + bumbu kacang + brambang iris+ sambal bawang. Hhmm yummy.. Sate sapi bumbu kacang siap dinikmati🤤🤤
