  1. Didihkan air,rebus daging kurang lebih 3 menit,angkat dan buang air nya.potong2 daging sisih kan
  2. Haluskan bumbu,tumis bumbu yg sudah halus masukn bumbu cemplung aduk2
  3. Masukan daging potong aduk rata,kemudian masukan air,tunggu hingga air mendidih,didihkan slm 5 menit matikan api,biarkan panci tetap tertutup.diamkan 30 menit,setelah 30 menit nyalakan api dan rebus lg minimal 7 menit(hingga bumbu keresap dan daging empuk)
  4. Setelah daging empuk angkat, susun di tusuk sate,panggang dengan di olesi minyak
  5. Rebus sisa air bumbu hingga mendidih,masukan kacang tumbuk dan larutan tepung beras,aduk hingga kekentalan yg diinginkan,(di foto itu sy pke 1 liter air dan hasil ny masih kentalnjd sy tambahkn air lg)sajikan sate dngan taburan bawang goreng,sy gk pke bawang goreng
