  8. Lanjut.. blender kacang, cabe goreng, bawang putih, bawang merah yang sudah kita goreng tadi hingga halus. Siapkan wajan.. beri sedikit minyak lalu tumis blenderan bumbu kacang tadi ya. Beri daun jeruk, gula & garam.. masak hingga wangi.. lanjut beri air, masak hingga meletup dan agak kental. Matikan api. Siap digunakan.
  9. Oke.. sekarang kita balik lagi ke jamurnya yang dimarinasi. Ambil beberapa tusuk lalu bakar hingga matang ya.. boleh dibakar pakai teflon atay grillpan atau pakai bakaran berputar (fancy pan) macam ini. Kalau saya lebih suka dibakar fancy pan.. karena ada efek gosong gosong kena bara gitu yang enak hihihi
