Steps to make Sate Kambing:
  1. Potong potong daging kambing lalu bungkus dengan daun pepaya, diamkan dan sisihkan. Ini cara yang biasa saya lakukan agar daging empuk tanpa mengubah rasa
  2. Haluskan semua bumbu halus, lalu tumis dengan margarin sampai harum lalu tambahkan air dan semua bumbu pelengkap kecuali jeruk purut. Masak sampai mendidih dan tes rasa
  3. Buka bungkusan daging lalu tusuk daging dengan tusuk sate, lalu rendam ke dalam bumbu
  4. Sambil menunggu rendaman daging, bisa menyiapkan arang untuk bakar sate atau boleh dengan teflon anti lengket sesuaikan selera saja.
  5. Bakar sate sampai setengah matang, jangan lupa dibolak-balik. Angkat dan masukkan ke dalam bumbu, oles merata dan bakar lagi, ulangin proses tersebut 3-4 kali
  6. Pada tahap terakhir olesi dengan kecap secukupnya sampai merata, bakar sebentar lalu angkat dan sajikan
  7. Note : jika bumbu bersisa bisa dipindahkan kewadah dan masukkan ke dalam kulkas, bisa dipakai untuk bumbu bakaran esok hari
