  3. Tusuk daging sampai habis,pertusuk saya isi dengan 4 potong daging. Panaskan panggangan,olesi dengan minyak goreng. Saya pakai panggangan listrik. Panggang daging hingga matang merata. Untuk sambal,cabai di iris,tomat potong dadu, jahe dihaluskan. Campur semua bahan tambahkan kecap manis. Sajikan.
