  21. Make ready 1 sdt kaldu bubuk

  24. Take Saus kecap (jika tidak suka saus kacang)
  25. Prepare potong dadu Bawang merah secukupnya,
  26. Make ready iris Tomat merah secukupnya,
  27. Make ready secukupnya Jeruk nipis
  28. Take Cabe rawit secukupnya, iris-iris
  29. Get 7 sdm kecap manis
  30. Get 25 ml air
  31. Take Taburan
  32. Take secukupnya Bawang goreng
Steps to make Sate kambing:
  1. Campur daging dengan bumbu marinasi. Aduk rata. Simpan dalam lemari es 2-3 jam agar bumbu meresap. Sambil lalu siapkan bumbu lainnya.
  2. Saus kacang : Panaskan minyak goreng secukupnya. Tumis bahan A dengan daun jeruk sampai harum. Tambahkan bahan B. Masak hingga air menyusut dan keluar minyak. Cek rasa. Angkat. Sisihkan.
  3. Saus kecap : campur semua bahan kecuali jeruk nipis. Aduk rata. (Jeruk untuk kucuran di sate jika suka). Sisihkan.
  4. Setelah 2 jam. Tusuk sate dan bakar di atas arang sampai matang. Sajikan dengan saus. Taburi bawang goreng di atasnya.
  5. Note : - -Bumbu kacang bisa untuk 1 kg daging. - -Agar tidak terbakar tusuk satenya sebaiknya rendam di air terlebih dahulu..
