- Potong dadu daging kambing sisihkan. Daging kambing jangan ducuci ya, ini yang kadang bikin bau atau alot. Cukup tap tap pakai tisue dapur. Sisihkan.
- Haluskan bumbu halus. Lalu tambahkan bumbu lainnya. Aduk merata.
- Masukkan daging kambing yang telah dipotong-potong ke dalam bumbu, campur hingga merata. Diamkan/marinasi minimal 30 menit.
- Tusuk-tusuk sate sesuai selera
- Panggang sate di atas bara api. Saya nggak ada panggangan sate jadi pakai oven, dialasi alumunium foil atau bisa pakai loyang biasa. Atau misal nggak ada oven maupun panggangan, bisa panggang di atas teflon dengan api sedang.
- Panggang sampai matang merata. Saya pakai fan oven, suhu 170 derajat selama 10-15 menit. Jangan terlalu matang, kalau terlalu matang daging menjadi alot.
