Steps to make Sate Kambing:
  1. Bawang +, cabe di rebus 5 menit lalu blender halus
  2. Blender kacang yg sudah di goreng,masukkan ke wajan tambahkan bumbu yg sudah di blender
  3. Beri air kurang lebih 400 ml, aduk rata hingga kental smpai keluar minyak
  4. Tambahkan gula merah,gula pasir,garam dan penyedap rasa (sy pakai ajinomoto / micin) aduk lagi sampai berubah warna dan mengeluarkan minyak
  5. Sisihkan, jika ingin di gunakan tambahkan sedikit air,kecap dan irisan bawang sprti abang2 tukang sate
  6. Di resep kali ini sy bkin bumbu versi kental.sprti bumbu pecel ya bunda agar lebih tahan lama,kalo mau bikin2 lagi tinggal tambhkan air hangat,+ kecap,sisanya bisa di masukkan frezer
  7. Trik bikin sate empuk, tusuk sate yg sudah d potong dadu,
  8. Lumuri dengan parutan nanas sebntar sja skitar 1 menit, langsung bakar bunda, jangan dilumuri semua sate ya bunda biar ndak lepas dr tusuknya krn memang nanas ini kalo kelamaan nempel bkin ancur daging, jadi lumuri saja wkt mau bakar sate kurang lebih per 10 tusuk saja…
