  5. Prepare secukupnya bawang merah & Lombok rawit untuk sambel kecap
  6. Prepare Bumbu Halus
  7. Get 8 bawang merah
  8. Make ready 4 bawang putih
  9. Take 3 sdt ketumbar
  10. Take 1 blok gula merah
  11. Prepare Bumbu oles untuk membakar
  12. Prepare kecap & minyak
Instructions to make Sate Kambing:
  1. Potong dadu daging kambing mentah & lemak/jeroannya. Taburi garam secukupnya.
  2. Uleg bumbu halus, tambahkan kecap & minyak ke cobek. Aduk rata.
  3. Buat tusuk sate sampai selesai. Usahakan setiap 1 tusuk ada jeroan/lemak dagingnya ya, supaya rasa lebih sedap.
  4. Setiap jadi 10 tusuk, balurkan ke bumbu. Lalu letakkan di atas daun pepaya. Tutup rapat daun pepaya supaya daging cepat empuk & tidak prengus. Lakukan hingga selesai. Diamkan beberapa saat.
  5. Bakar sate di atas arang & debog pisang (belom punya bakaran, males beli, akhirnya pake panci bekas yg pernah kobong, kasih arang di dalamnya, sama debog pisang buat alas bakarnya hehe) - Ini kreatifitas suami bukan saya yaa ♥️
  6. Sajikan dengan sambal kecap & Lombok rawit.☺️
