  3. Keluarkan daging dari dalam kulkas. Siapkan tusukan sate
  4. Tusuk-tusuk sate, setiap tusukan sate berisi sekitar 4 - 5 potong daging. Rapatkan potongan daging agar tidak ada sela tusukan yang terbuka (tidak tertutup daging). Lakukan hingga semua potongan daging habis.
  5. Aduk jadi satu bahan olesan daging. Panggang sate happy call atau grill pan dan oleskan masing-masing sisi sate dengan bahan olesan selama sate dipanggang.
  6. Tips untuk yang bakar sate di happy call atau grill pan, supaya satenya tetap beraroma seperti di bakar dengan arang : 👉Siapkan panci/baskom besar yang ada tutupnya, 👉 Letakkan sate yang sudah dipanggang didalam panci/baskom 👉 Buat mangkuk kecil dari alumunium foil dan masukkan sedikit minyak goreng, 👉 Siapkan 1 arang kecil, bakar arang dan masukkan arang panas ke minyak tadi, lalu tutup panci/baskom, Biarkan asapnya menyelimuti si sate2 tadi.
  7. Membuat sambal: - - Aduk jadi satu semua bahan sambal kecap didalam mangkuk, cicipi rasanya dan sesuaikan rasa asin, manis dan asamnya. Jika kurang kental tambahkan kecap manis. - Sajikan sate dengan sambal kecap.
