Instructions to make Sate Kambing Muda:
  1. Siapkan seluruh bahan untuk marinasi daging, yaitu jeruk dan bawang.
  2. Siapkan daging kambing pastikan jangan dicuci dan juga jangan dipegang dengan tangan yang basah (Karena dapat membuat daging keras/liat). Setelah itu siapkan tempat penyimpanan yang sudah diberikan alas daun pepaya, lalu potong2 daging kotak-kotak seperti dadu dan taruh diatas daun pepaya.
  3. Setelah daging kambing dipotong kotak-kotak untuk sate taburkan potong bawang putih dan siram dengan air perasa jeruk dan selanjutnya ditutup dengan daun pepaya. Masukan ke dalam kulkas dan diamkan semalaman (8-12 jam).
  4. Setelah didiamkan semalaman, siapkan tusuk sate lalu ditusuk agak berjarak seperti di gambar agar matang merata saat dibakar.
  5. Siapkan arang untuk melakukan pembakaran, baiknya gunakan spirtus agar mudah dan bara api jadinya cepat.
  6. Daging yang sudah didiamkan semalaman di oleskan ke bumbu kecap dengan campuran Kecap Manis, Kecap Asin, Madu, Tomat, Cabai, Ketumbar, dan Jeruk. Bakar sampai matang lalu masukan kembali kedalam pembakaran, lalu sekiranya sudah matang angkat dan siap disajikan.
