- Take 2 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
- Prepare 1 siung shallot, iris tipis
- Make ready 4 buah cabai (me: hijau)
- Make ready 2 sdm kecap manis
- Take 1 sdm lemon/lime juice (1⁄2 buah)
- Make ready 1 sdm air hangat
Steps to make Sate Kambing (oven):
- Campurkan bumbu sate dalam wadah. Cicipi.
- Masukkan daging kambing, aduk rata. Marinasi min 1 jam dalam kulkas (me: semalaman).
- Tusuk daging menggunakan tusuk sate, susun dalam loyang yg telah dialasi foil. Kemudian tutup foil di atasnya.
- Panggang dalam oven suhu 180C / fan 160C selama 1 jam.
- Buang kaldunya kemudian panggang lg tanpa penutup foil kurleb 15” atau sampai tingkat burn yg diharapkan (klo mau bisa balik sate di menit ke-8).
- Hasilnya..
- Untuk sambal kecap, campurkan semua bahannya.. jgn lupa tes rasa.
