Instructions to make Sate kambing:
  1. Haluskan bumbu, beri air asam Jawa, daun jeruk dan kecap manis aduk rata
  2. Potong daging kambing sesuai selera lalu tusuk dengan tusuk sate, rendam dalam bumbu halus biarkan selama 30menit-1jam
  3. Celup daging kambing kedalam larutan pencelup lalu bakar sampai matang sambil dioles bahan pencelup
  4. Sajikan dengan pelengkap
