  3. Setelah halus balurkan pada daging kambing, biarkan sekitar 30menit
  4. Tusuk daging kambingnya
  5. Bakar deh
  6. Setelah setengah matang, adonan untuk baluran dagingnya dibalurkan lagi (bolak balik)
  7. Biarkab hingga matang
  8. Jadi deh
  9. Kemudian kita bikin sambal kecapnya Mom, caranya potong sekitar 1cm'an bawang merah dan cabai rawit lalu masukan kecap secukupnya aduk rata
  10. Jadi deh Mom, sate kambingnya siap dibaluri sambal kecap
