  1. Masukan 34 bumbu halus ke daging yang sudah dipotong-potong. Masukan daun jeruk, jahe, dan asam jawa. aduk-aduk dan remas agar bumbu meresap. Diamkan dikulkas selama 30 menit.
  2. Tusuk daging dengan tusukan sate. Lalu bakar hingga setengah matang. Olesi dengan sisa bumbu halus, kecap dan margarin. Bakar lagi hingga matang.
