  4. Membuat saos kecap: rajang bawang merah tipis-tipis, dan potong jg cabai rawit, tomat, masukkan dalam wadah, tambahkan lada bubuk 1 sachet, 1 buah jeruk nipis, dan 300 ml kecap manis aduk rata. Sisihkan
  5. Siapkan alat bakar, trus bakar sate sampai benar-benar matang. Angkat sajikan dengan saos kecap tadi.
