  1. Daging kambing di potong-potong dadu. (Jangan dicuci ya dagingnya biar ga bau kambing, ini yang saya pake daging kambing segar yang baru di potong.)
  2. Semua bumbu rendaman diulek kecuali kecap sama minyak makan. Balurkan bumbu rendaman ke potongan daging tadi tanpa di beri air. (Sekali lagi sewaktu meremdam jangan di beri air biar ga bau kambing, bukan maksud jorok ya tapi emang gitu sih tips di keluarga saya). Rendam selama 30 menit.
  3. Setelah 30 menit tusuk-tusuk daging ke tusuk sate. Balurkan kecap dan minyak makan. Bakar hingga matang. Sajikan.
