Instructions to make Sate Sapi/Kambing:
  1. Siapkan daging sapi dan lemaknya,potong sesuai selera.
  2. Haluskan bumbu
  3. Rendam daging dalam bumbu marinasi,masukan kulkas min 30 menit,lalu tusuk dengan tusukan sate
  4. Siapkan Campuran bumbu olesan
  5. Bakar sate setengah matang,lalu beri bumbu olesan bakar kembali sampai matang(bisa oles 2x)
  6. Campurkan bahan sambal,tambahkan kecap secukupnya.
